As of September 12, Jeff Benjamin is senior vice president and general counsel at Avon Products. In the legal profession, he has become known for being a leader who recruits high caliber talent.

Benjamin will report to Sheri McCoy, Avon’s CEO. “Creating a productive work environment that continues to enhance our compliance culture is a priority,” stated McCoy in a press release. “Jeff’s proven commitment to business ethics and law compliance and his credibility within and outside the legal profession will be a tremendous asset for Avon.”

Benjamin retired from Novartis Corporation in 2011, after a career spanning more than 40 years. Throughout his career at Ciba and Novartis, he represented his company in material litigation and government investigations, building a successful track record with the help of his team.
